Damages & Returns
If goods have been damaged enroute to you please contact us immediately by email, forwarding images of the damage if possible. Images should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org and indicate your order number, delivery name & address, and a contact telephone number where we may reach you.
We will call during normal office hours to advise how to proceed with a return and arrange either a full refund or replacement.
If we ask you to return the damaged goods to us we will reimburse the full cost of return.
If goods are faulty or defective in any way please contact us at email@example.com with order details and a full description of the issue(s). We will contact you with 1-2 business days.
In the case of faulty electrical goods please contact the manufacturer directly if problems develop within the warranty period.
Have you changed your mind?
If you wish to return your goods for a refund they must be undamaged, unused and unopened in the original packaging with all seals/wrappers completely intact.
You have 30 days from receipt of goods in which to change your mind and within which time you must contact us by email or in writing.
E-mails should be addressed to firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number, name and delivery address.
If you choose to communicate by post we strongly recommend you use a Royal Mail recorded delivery service.
Please note that if you received a FREE GIFT with your order this must also be returned undamaged, unused and unopened in the original packaging with all seals/wrappers completely intact. Failure to do so will result in an appropriate deduction from any refund.
In instances where you have changed your mind we reserve the right to deduct original postage costs from the refund and the cost of returning goods to us will be at your own expense. We strongly recommend using a postal service with an appropriate level of insurance in case of loss or damage in transit. This is particularly important when returning costly items such as ghd stylers.
Refunds will be processed within 3 working days of receiving and inspecting returns.
We will refund you by the same method you used to pay for your original order. Please allow up to 7 days for refunds to show. Please advise us at email@example.com if your refund has not appeared within this time frame.
